From very
early days singing in front of the class at school, it was obvious that a
stage career was going to be Tina's life, and it has. She has been fully
professional for 25 years.
Celebrating the 10th anniversary of United Arab Airlines Tina flew out to
sing at the Dubai International Hotel and Hyatt Regency Hotel. On her return
home more Summer Seasons followed. The Gaiety Theatre at Bognor Regis for
six months with Rolf Harris and cockney comedian Mike Reid. Next she was off
to the continent to perform for the British Forces based in Germany. A lot
of cruising then followed for most of the world's major cruise lines.
A 28 date
National Theatre tour called 'Streisand and Sinatra Through The Years' saw
Tina specialising in her musical tribute to one of the world's greatest
entertainers 'Barbra Streisand' taking in such venues as the Fairfield Halls
in Croydon, Surrey, this was an immensely successful tour.
More
recently Tina recorded with a 46 piece orchestra for the BBC at Pebble Mill
Studios in Birmingham, a programme of Streisand songs for transmission on
Radio 2.
She has
presented her tribute show 'Tina Law Sings Streisand' as support to Tom
O'Connor and Roger De Courcy for 30 weeks at Butlins, a role she had
performed many times before with stars such as Joe Longthorne, Vince Hill,
Keith Harris, Des O'Connor, Barbara Windsor, Frank Carson, Freddie Starr and
Roy Walker.
Tina's
ambition is to star in her own fully produced show
' The Life and Music of Barbra Streisand'. |
