Now
recognised and established as Europe's top lookalike and soundalike tribute
to this worldwide megastar. Some of his audiences have been convinced that
it could have been Chris De Burgh himself. He has the looks, the voice and
the mannerisms to perfection.
For the
past five years Alan has been performing his Chris De Burgh tribute to
sell-out venues throughout the UK, Europe, Spain, Ireland, Jersey, Isle of
Man and the USA. He has also appeared on National Television.
Alan was
the very first tribute artiste to be invited personally by Chris De Burgh to
sing live on stage with him at an open air concert held at Harewood House on
August 30th 1998. Chris De Burgh invited Alan onto the stage again for two
nights to a packed theatre at Bridgewater Hall, Manchester in July 1999.
Even his band was convinced that it was Chris De Burgh singing on stage.
"He is brilliant, unbelievable, so uncanny. Even my kids, when they heard
the songs and saw Alan's photograph, thought that it was me".
